摘要：从企业的契约特性和代理成本研究出发,分析处于初创阶段、集体化阶段、规范化阶段和成熟阶段民营企业的契约特征和矛盾变化,针对民营企业各个阶段的代理问题和矛盾提出治理措施,有重要的现实意义。
This paper analyses the contract nature of enterprise and the agency cost in enterprise, the changes of conflict and agency cost in different phase of private enterprise, and puts forward some governing measure for the different kinds of agent problems and conflicts.
