摘要：从中华人民共和国成立到改革开放前,我国的企业伦理主要表现为自觉的革命伦理精神、强烈的主人翁意识和有效的企业伦理建设方法等。革命性的企业伦理建设在一定程度上弥补了制度供给不足的缺陷,成为我国社会主义革命和建设的巨大精神支撑,也为市场经济条件下的企业伦理建设和经济社会的协调发展提供了宝贵的经验教训。
Suitable for the planned economy, China's enterprises' ethnic does not separate from the political ethic, featured by revolutionary ethic spirits. The revolutionary enterprises' ethic makes up the defects of scarcity in institution supply, and becomes the spiritual support for China's economic construction. It also brings precious experience and lessons to the construct of modern China's enterprises' ethic.
