摘要：通过对商务智能与分析文献的梳理,在整合动态能力理论、资源基础观和行业组织模型的基础上,研究提出了一个旨在通过BI&A能力提升企业绩效的理论模型。模型认为:来自市场的竞争强度和企业内部的技术资源及其交互作用通过商务智能与分析能力进而影响企业的绩效产出,商务智能能力的转化和输出还受企业动态管理能力的影响。此外,研究还将商务智能与分析能力由现有研究认为的3个维度扩展到4个维度。研究内容既丰富了相关研究成果,也拓展了商务智能与分析能力的研究视角,同时也为企业数字化转型实践带来了启示。
By reviewing the literature of Business Intelligence&Analytics(BI&A)and by integrating dynamic capability theory,resource-based view and industry organization model,this paper proposes a theoretical model to improve enterprise performance through BI&A.According to the model,the competition intensity from the market and the technical resources inside the enterprise affect the BI&A ability in a respective or interactive way,and thus affect the output of the enterprise,and,further,the above process will be affected by the dynamic management ability of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the study extends the BI&A ability from the existing three dimensions to four dimensions.The research enriches the existing research content of BI&A,expands the research perspective of BI&A,and also brings enlightenment to the practice of enterprise digital transformation.
