摘要：国务院在《关于支持河南省加快建设中原经济区的指导意见》中提出要在中原经济区开展农村金融综合改革试验,而如何在省域范围内开展试验是值得深入研究的问题。从"三化"协调发展视角下中原农村金融需求的特征分析入手,对中原农村金融改革与创新的现状进行简要评析,进而对中原农村金融综合改革的路径进行探讨。
In the guiding opinions on the support to speed up the construction ot Central Flares l^co- nomic Area of Henan Province, the State Council put forward to carry out the comprehensive financial reform in rural area of central plains economic area. It is worth in-depth study on how to carry out the experiment in provincial region. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of rural financial demand from the coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Then the paper evaluates the current situation of the rural financial reform and innovation, finally dis- cusses the path of comprehensive reform of rural finance.
