摘要:从多元领域探讨法律史类课程改革的未来方向,以复调视野为法律史类课程体系和学科内容未来改革的指导思想,强调多维度的观察视角、分析视角和讲授视角;注重法律史类课程体系的融合重构,将制度史与思想史合二为一;崇尚法律史类课程教学模式的多元创新,实现教学模式的线上线下融合,将多学科素材和多类型教学方式融入课堂。教学改革思路的主旨在于充分发挥教师为主导、学生为主体的理念,运用丰富多样的教学手段和策略,激发学生的学习兴趣与求知欲,使其在愉悦中接受和领悟相关知识。
This paper tries to discuss the future direction of legal history curriculum reform from multiple fields.First,polyphonic vision is the guiding ideology of the future reform of legal history curriculum system and subject content,emphasizing the multi-dimensional perspective of observation,analysis and teaching.Secondly,it emphasizes the integration and reconstruction of legal history curriculum system,especially the integration of institutional history and ideological history.Thirdly,it advocates the multiple innovation of legal history course teaching mode,realizes the integration of online and offline teaching mode,and integrates multi-disciplinary materials and multi-types of teaching methods into the classroom.The purpose of the above teaching reform ideas is to give full play to the teacher-guided,student-centred concept,through a variety of teaching methods and strategies,to stimulate students’interest in learning and desire for knowledge,leading them to accept and comprehend relevant knowledge in a pleasant way.
