摘要：通过对国内外电子商务发展现状及趋势的分析 ,论述了加快我国企业信息化建设的紧迫性 ,并根据对我国企业当前内外环境特点的分析研究 ,提出了若干促进我国企业信息化建设的对策建议。
Through an analysis on the development situation and trend of the electronic business at home and abroad, the author illustrates the necessity to speed up the informationization construction in China's enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on the countermeasures to promote the informationization construction in the domestic enterprises.
