摘要：创新意味着活力和发展,而科研成果转化则意味着如何将科研成果运用到实际中去。目前我国科研成果转化由于专业科研机构对自身定位不准确、科研机构科研项目与实际具有偏差等原因,导致部分科研工作者缺少创新性科研活动的积极性。从专业科研机构创新绩效与成果转化率评价入手,分析目前我国专业科研机构创新绩效与成果转化率评价的关键性因素,从而提出专业科研机构创新绩效与成果转化率评价的具体路径。
innovation means vitality and development, and the transformation of scientific research results means how to apply scientific research results to the actual. At present, China＇s transformation of scientific research a- chievements as the professional research institutions for their own positioning is not accurate, scientific research in- stitutions, scientific research projects and has the actual deviation and other reasons, led to the enthusiasm of some research workers lack of innovative scientific research activities. The evaluation of the conversion rate from the inno- vation of scientific research institutions and professional performance results, analysis of the key factors in our coun- try at present the innovation performance of professional research institutions and achievements evaluation, and puts forward the specific path of transformation and innovation performance evaluation results of professional scientific research institutions rate.
