摘要：科技创新工作课堂化、常态化、体系化是高校培育创新型人才的重要抓手。不断深化本科教学改革,是培养学生科技创新技能、创新思维习惯的关键。科技创新工作的探索与实践,是促进学风建设、院风形成、思想教育、提升学生综合素质有效途径。文章从建立激励机制、改进本科教学、培养大学生独立思考能力等方面进行了思考和阐述。
This paper introduces the exploration and the practice of schools ’ （departments’） scientific and technological in‐novation from its classroom ,normalization ,systematization ,etc .;and then the paper develops the effects of scientific and technological innovation activities in promoting study‐style construction , school‐ethos formation , ideological education and students’ comprehensive quality ;in the end ,the paper presents the reflection and elaboration on establishing incentive mecha‐nism ,improving undergraduate education ,fostering independent thinking ,etc .
