摘要：　发达国家特别是美国的跨国公司为了攫取高额利润和维护自己在国外的经济利益,介入并影响了世界范围内的一些战争。本文运用国际政治经济学基础理论分析了跨国公司介入战争对发展中国家的负面影响。为此,发展中国家作为对外直接投资的东道国,应慎重对待跨国公司的投资,并且同国际社会一道采取积极的防范政治和军事风险的措施。
Under the framework of international political economy, the author analyzes the role of MNCs in war. He argues that some MNCs, in pursuit of their own profits, have become deeply involved in some wars, causing extensive negative impacts both politically and economically in those countries. As the host of FDI, developing countries should carefully deal with MNC investment, and, together with the world community, take active measures to prevent possible political and military risks.
