摘要：群众路线是中国共产党取得革命、建设和改革胜利的根本法宝。互联网的发展为党的群众路线提供了新的实践场域和技术手段,“互联网+群众路线”已成为党的群众路线的重要实践方式。互联网作为特殊场域的规定性及其带来的技术赋能,为互联网空间内的群众路线赋予了新的内涵与特征,主要体现为主体连接、资源整合、服务对象的连接与整合、主体与服务对象的主体间性四个方面。由信任、社会网络和社会规范构成的社会资本,是产生社会凝聚力和共同意志的重要纽带,为我们认识“互联网+群众路线”提供了一个新的分析视角,并据此形成了相应的实践进路,即从主体协同、资源整合、党群联合三个方面入手,增强互联网空间内群众路线各主体及各类资源的互动性、互惠性、共享性和组织性,在带动社会资本的不断开发和持续积累的同时,深入推进“互联网+群众路线”的践行。
The Party's Mass Line is the fundamental magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to achieve victory in revolution,construction and reformation.The development of the Internet provides a new practice field and some technical means for the Party's Mass Line,and"Internet+mass line"has become an important practice mode of the Party's Mass Line.The prescriptivity of the Internet as a special field and the technical empowerment it brings have given the new connotation and characteristics to the mass line in the Internet space,which is mainly reflected in four aspects:the connection of subjects,the integration of resources,the connection and integration of service objects,and the intersubjectivity between the subjects and service objects.Social capital,which consists of trust,social network and social norms,is an important link to generate social cohesion and general will.It provides a new analytical perspective for us to understand"Internet+mass line".On the basis of this analysis,we formed a corresponding practical path:We can start from these three aspects:the coordination of subjects,the resources integration,and the union between the party and the masses.By enhancing the interactivity,the reciprocity,the shareability and the organizing power of the subjects and various resources in the Internet space,we can further promote the practice of"Internet+mass line"while driving the continuous development and accumulation of social capital.
