摘要：在复杂的局势下需要把准历史的主脉。习近平同志多次强调的大逻辑,实质上就是历史发展的客观规律及其反映在人们主观上的科学理论逻辑。正确把握中国和世界的历史大逻辑,就要科学地认识历史的进程,研究和阐释中国治国理政以及全球治理的内在机理,掌握现阶段我国新常态的发展逻辑,制定统摄全局的顺应大逻辑的理政方针。为了科学地把握历史大逻辑,必须全面系统地领会五大发展理念,尤其要重视补上绿色发展的短板。
Under complex situation we should grasp the main direction of history.The great logic that Comrade Xi Jinping has emphasized for several times is,in essence,the objective law of historical development and the scientific and theoretical logic that is reflected in human subjectivity.To correctly grasp the great historical logic of China and world requires scientific understanding of the course of history.We need to study and explicate the inner mechanism of China's governance as well as global governance,get hold of the developmental logic of China's new normal at the present stage,and formulate the principle of governance with a comprehensive outlook in line with the great logic.To that end,we should fully understand the five development concepts,with particular attention to green development.
