摘要：就业问题一直以来都是我国最大的民生问题,也是实现我国经济高质量发展的关键环节。本文将全球价值链地位、偏向型技术进步和劳动力就业纳入统一框架进行分析,揭示了偏向型技术进步在全球价值链地位影响就业的中介作用。结果发现:全球价值链地位对劳动力总就业规模、技能和非技能劳动力就业规模均有正向影响,且全球价值链对不同行业就业规模影响存在差异;偏向型技术进步在全球价值链地位影响就业规模中发挥了中介作用,是全球价值链地位影响就业规模的重要渠道。最后,从加快制造业调整升级、推动制造业参与更高层次的价值链分工和扩大高技术制造业规模等方面提出了优化劳动力就业的政策建议。
Employment issue has always been China's biggest livelihood issue and a key of achieving high-quality economic development in China.Incorporating global value chain status,biased technological progress and labor employment into a unified framework,the paper reveals the mediating role of biased technological progress on employment in global value chain status.The results show that the global value chain status has a positive impact on the total employment scale of the labor force,the employment scale of skilled and unskilled labor,and the global value chain varies on the employment scale in different industries;biased technological progress has played an intermediary role in the influence of the global value chain status on the employment scale,which is an important channel for the global value chain status to affect the employment scale.Finally,from accelerating the adjustment and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,promoting the manufacturing industry to participate in a higher-level value chain division and expanding the scale of high-tech manufacturing industries,it puts forward policy recommendations for optimizing labor employment.
