摘要：由发达国家主导安排的国际货币体系具有内在的不均衡性和明显的不平等性。在世界经济一体化浪潮的冲击下 ,这一货币体系的缺陷给发展中国家经济发展中的内外均衡带来了诸多不利的影响。在今后国际货币体系的改革中必须充分尊重和考虑发展中国家的利益和要求 。
The international monetary system dominated by developed countries has the internal non-equilibrium and obvious inequality. With the great challenge of world economical integration, the deficiency of the system has imposed many unfavorable effects on the developing countries' inner and outer equilibrium. Therefore, during the course of future reform, the interests and demands of the developing countries should be fully respected and considered for the benefit of the overall development of the world economy.
