摘要：根据我国经济社会高质量发展的现实背景与高等教育基数大的国情特色及其大众化引致的"大学生就业难"的历史经验,在高等教育普及化的进程中,要实现大学生高质量充分就业,就需要构建供求及匹配的就业政策体系。从供给侧看,政策的核心就是提高教育教学质量,调控其规模与结构;从需求侧看,核心是扩大"含金量"高的就业岗位,保护大学生的劳动权益和推动经济结构的升级;从就业匹配政策看,当前主要是应进一步深化高等教育体制改革。
In the process of popularization of higher education,according to the realistic background ofChina’s economic and social high-quality development and the national conditions of the large base of highereducation and the historical experience of difficult employment of college students caused by popularization,itis necessary to build a supply-demand and market-oriented employment policy system to achieve high-qualityand full employment of college students.From the supply side,the core of the policy is to improve the qualityof education and teaching,and to regulate its scale and structure;from the demand side,the core is to expandjobs with high"gold content",protect the labor rights of college students and promote the upgrading ofeconomic structure;from the employment matching policy,the current main task is to further the reform ofhigher education system.
