摘要:伴随着多媒体和计算机信息技术的飞速发展,人类已步入数字化时代。数字化时代的重要特征是信息交流的多模态化,各种模态就像语言一样都是具有意义潜势的符号资源。受此影响,大学英语课堂教学的多模态性成为了大学英语教学改革的要求,课堂上教师的姿势、表情、手势、重读等语言符号和图片、颜色、画面等PPT课件资源越来越受到人们的关注。对这些多模态资源的本质和相互关系深入了解、认真研究,可以充分发挥它们的协同作用,增强大学英语的课堂教学效果,同时对提高学生的多元识读能力也大有裨益。
With the rapid development of the technology of multimedia and computer-information, our human beings have stepped into the digital age, which is characterized by the muhimodality of the information communication. Like language, various modes are also semiotic resources of the meaning potential. Under this influence, of college multimodality in the college English classroom teaching has become something of which the reform English teaching is in urgent need. Some language-accompanying signs, like gestures, postures, facial expressions, stress and some modes in the PPT, like images, videos, colors are increasingly attracting our attention. Solid understanding and careful analysis of the nature and interrelations of these modes could enable us to take full advantage of them to enhance the effect of the college English classroom teaching, and it also has much positive effect on the improvement of the students" multi-literacy.
