摘要:针对目前大学教育中IT专业毕业生缺乏专业技能和开发经验的现状,文章介绍了基于Mini-Company实训的情景式教学模式。作为一种能力培养模式的探索,在IT专业教学中采用模拟公司化运作的教学环境,引入任务驱动和实践环节,可以提高IT专业学生的专业技术,积累软件开发的宝贵经验,通过实践,该教学模式取得了较好的效果。
Most of graduates who major in IT have to face the trouble what is lack of occupational skills and development experience in current college education environment; as a solution to the problem, a scenarios teaching mode based on Mini-Company training is presented in the paper. As a reform on training of professional ability, a simulated company environment is provided in the teaching mode to improve technical level of students in IT major, and make them to gain much experience which they will never be able to get from the textbooks. Experimental results show application of the teaching mode brings better effects than traditional teaching mode.
