摘要：从我国钢铁企业参与国际铁矿石价格博弈的结果可以折射出我国钢铁产业组织存在的问题,也再次凸显钢铁产业整合的必要性和紧迫性。我国钢铁业急需进行产业整合以提高产能利用率和经营效率,化解工业化过程中钢铁工业快速增长的结构性矛盾,提升中国钢铁企业在全球的竞争力。
The outcome of international ironstone price game in which Chinese steelworks also participates in reflects the serious problem of the steel industrial organization. It proves that it is rgent to integrate with the steel industry. The steel industry need integrate to increase productivity and efficiency by ovepcoming the structural contradiction of rapidly developing steel industry in industrialization. This will be a way to promote the competitiveness of Chinese steel in-dustry in the world.
