摘要："乡风文明"在本质上是新农村精神文明建设问题,是新农村建设的思想保证、精神动力、智力支持和文化支撑,是新农村建设的灵魂工程。河南作为全国第一农业大省,其新农村及其乡风文明建设对全国新农村及其乡风文明建设的成败具有不可低估的作用。文章主要以河南省的调研数据为基点,对乡风文明建设的状况给予剖析,并有针对性地提出持续推进乡风文明建设的培育路径。
In essence,the ＂country spiritual culture＂ is the problem of spiritual culture construction of new countryside.It is the ideological assurance,mental strength,intellectual support and cultural support of the construction of new countryside.As the biggest agricultural province in China,the new countryside and its country spiritual culture construction of Henan Province plays the underestimated power in the success of the new countryside and the its country spiritual culture construction of China.Based on the research data of Henan Province,this article analyzes the condition of the country spiritual culture construction,and gives some suggestions on how to persistently push the progress of the country spiritual culture construction.
