摘要："第三只手"是游动在"两只手"之间、生于市场又通过干扰破坏市场正常交换原则和秩序、严重损害他人和社会利益而牟取暴利的行为与势力。它有五个梯次表现形式,经常扭曲国内乃至国际市场关系。在社会主义市场经济中官商勾结危害最大。为之完善,必须认识"第三只手"产生的规律性,处理好五个关系,严格依法治市反腐,刹制、杜绝它的殃害,协同好政府与市场互动合力。
'Third hand' is the profiteering behavior forces that swims between 'two hands,' is born in the market and undermines the market by interfering with the normal exchange of principles and order,serious harm to others and social interests.It has five echelon forms of expression;often distorts the relationship between domestic and international markets.Collusion between government officers and businessmen is the most damaging in a socialist market economy.To perfect it,we must recognize the regularity that a 'third hand' generates,deal with the five relationships,strictly control the market in accordance with the law,fight corruption,hold back and put an end to the calamity;collaborate with government and interactive resultant of market.
