摘要:专业学位研究生已经成为研究生教育的主流,“双导师制”作为专业学位研究生教育的主要培养模式,存在着政府政策未完全落到实处、高校“双导师制”有名无实、校企导师协调困难、研究生对“双导师制”持怀疑态度等问题。本文将系统工程中的切克兰德方法运用到专业学位研究生双导师制的研究中,基于政府、高校、企业和研究生四个影响双导师制的关键因素进行了根底定义和概念模型的构建,并通过比较和探寻选择出令各方满意的制度,最后设计出完整的双导师制实施方案并对方案的实施效果进行评估,采取评估反馈的方式形成闭环得到优化的结果。论文的研究,在一定程度上解决了目前专业学位研究生双导师制存在的问题,并为形成一套健全的双导师制提供了新的思路。
Professional degree graduate students have become the mainstream of graduate education.The"dual tutorial system"is the main training model for professional degree graduate education.There are government policies that have not been fully implemented.The"dual tutor system"in colleges and universities is notorious,the coordination of school-enterprise tutors is difficult,graduate students Suspicion of the"dual mentorial system"and other issues are also existed.This paper applies the Chekland method in systems engineering to the research of the dual tutor system for professional degree graduate students.Based on the four key factors that affect the dual tutor system,the government,universities,enterprises and graduate students have carried out the basic definition and conceptual model construction.Through comparison and exploration,a system that satisfies all parties was selected,and finally a complete dual tutor system implementation plan was designed and the implementation effect of the plan was evaluated,and a closed loop was formed by means of evaluation feedback to obtain an optimized result.The research of the thesis,to a certain extent,solves the problems of the current dual tutor system for professional degree graduate students,and provides a new idea for the formation of a sound dual tutor system.
