摘要：软件职业教育的成败是信息产业发展的决定因素。本文通过对河南省软件学院教育方式、环境因素和培养模式等多方面的分析,指出软件职业教育存在的问题和面临的困境,提出进行校企联合实训基地建设的策略,并给出基地建设的具体措施,为提高河南省软件人才培养能力提供了有效的解决办法。
The success of vocational education is the decisive factor of information industry development. Through the analysis of education style, environmental factors, training mode of Software Colleges of Henan province, this paper points out problems and difficulties of vocational education faced by Software Colleges, and presents the strategies of building the training base between enterprises and schools, specific measures an effective solution of building the training base are given for enhancing the training capacity of software talents of Henan province.
