摘要：文章从中国经济学界对区域经济理论认识的深化入手,综合国内外产业结构与城乡结构转型过程中的表现,突出河南在全国工业化与城市化中的焦点聚集效应,修正中原崛起中的战略孤立观点,切实把中原崛起融合在统筹区域协调发展的框架内。
On view the problem from a angle of China economy effecting area economy, this article sum up region show of industry and city-countryside structure within China and foreign countryies in transfering, stress the gathering effect of focus from industrialization and ubanization of Henan provice in the scope of whole country ,correct the view of isolated strategy of up-rising of central China ,our aim is that make up-rising of central China melt together in the frame of region coordinate developing .
