摘要：中国政府网站绩效评估已经走过了10年的发展历程,总结以往的评估结果是为了更好地评估,更好地做好政府网站的建设.提取了第十届河南省地方政府网站评估的结果,对评估方法以及评估结果的有效性进行了分析,提出基于属性的不完全补偿性,应该采取加权积方法而非加权和方法,并运用该方法得到了新的评估结果.为了弥补两种方法带来的差异性,提出借助集团序方法进行结果排序,并通过确定不同的级内级差得到了满意的集团排序结果.
The Chinese government website performance evaluation has gone through 10 years. So, in order to better assess and to better construction of governraent websites, it is necessary to summary the previous results of the assessment for sponsors. The results of Henan municipal government website performance were extracted from the Tenth. Then, the validity of the methods and results were analyses. As to Attribute incomplete compensatory, the weighted product method was introduced to instead of the weighted sum method. Using this method, a new assessment results were gotten in this paper. In order to compensate the difference with different method, aggregative rank is used in this paper, and the different levels within the differential were used to get a satisfactory rank result.
