摘要：科学发展观是深刻总结社会主义市场经济实践的理论精华,是发展和完善社会主义市场经济的指导思想,其根本点在于以中国特色社会主义基本制度为平台,从深层次上找到社会主义与市场经济全方位有机耦合的前进方向、主要路径、基本方式和运行标准,具体体现为"六个怎样做":凸显社会主义本质要求、正确匹配"两只手"、把"成套设备"化为"四位一体"整体建设、建立人与自然和谐关系、统筹两个市场的矛盾运动和实现"又好又快"的运行标准,并且为进一步完善社会主义市场经济开辟了广阔的道路。
The Concept of Scientific Development is the theoretical pith from the summary of the socialist market economy, the guiding thought in developing and perfecting socialist market economy. The fundamental point is to take the basic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the platform to find the progress direction, main route, basic forms and operation standard. Specifically, it is embodied in the following six parts: to highlight the essential demands of socialism, correctly make use of the 'two hands', make 'whole set' into the integrated construction, build harmonious relationship between man and nature, properly hand the contradictory movements of the two markets and realize the operation standard of 'making it fast and good' to make a wide road for the construction of socialist market economy.
