摘要:运用计量方法,建立科学、可行的旅游产业竞争力评估模型,对河南旅游竞争力进行定量评估。结果发现,河南旅游综合竞争力在全国居中等偏上水平,不仅落后于东部多数省份,也落后于西部的云南。对竞争力分解结果显示,河南在文化类资源、国内旅游市场上具有竞争优势;在旅游产品、旅游市场号召力、社会开放度、国际旅游市场等方面处于竞争劣势。河南旅游竞争力提升的路径应该是加强基础设施建设,提高全社会的服务意识,改善投资环境,加大对外开放度,开创大旅游建设的格局。
Based on the extensive investigations, this paper establishes a scientific and feasible tourism indus- try competitiveness assessment model through the scientific assessment of measurement methods, and quantitatively assesses Henan tourism industry competitiveness. The results are that the integrated tourism competitiveness of Henan Province is moderate in the whole country, not only behind the majority eastern provinces, but also lags some western province, such as Yunnan. Further analysis indicated that Henan Province is advantageous in euhure resources and domestic tourism market, but it is disadvantageous in tourism products, tourism market appeal, social openness, international tourism market. To enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry, Henan Province should strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the awareness of the whole society' s services, improve the investment environment, increase the degree of opening to the outside world, create a large tourist construction pattern.
