摘要：欠发达地区扶贫工作与农民合作社发展有着天然的密切联系,合作社的本质就是弱势群体的联合。本文分析了农民合作扶贫模式的动力机理和扶贫工作中管理美学的应用,并在此基础上构建了政府主动、社会联动的欠发达地区农民合作扶贫模式,阐述了欠发达地区农民合作扶贫模式运营方式、功能、特点,并为模式的可持续发展提出政策建议。本文将发掘农民合作与扶贫的内生动力和外在能量的耦合关系,建立内外联动的资源传导机制,整合农民合作社发展资源与扶贫资源,推进欠发达地区农民合作社与扶贫的协调发展,并丰富农民合作理论。
The nature of the cooperatives is the union of the weak。Cooperatives and poverty eradication have natural close contact. Through to the previous literature,this study find that the cross study of cooperative and poverty alleviation is not enough,lack of systematic and systematism. And there are some shortage in existing poverty alleviation mode. This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of cooperative poverty alleviation mode and poverty alleviation work in the management aesthetics view. And then this study bliud cooperative poverty alleviation mode for less developed areas and expounds the mode's operations,functions,characteristics,and put forward policy recommendations for the model of sustainable development. The research will explore the cooperaive and poverty alleviation of endogenous power and external energy coupling,establish linkage inside and outside resources transmission mechanism,integration of cooperatives development and poverty alleviation resources,promote cooperatives in underdeveloped areas and poverty alleviation and coordinated development,and enrich cooperative theory.
