摘要：Through analyzing the relationship between an industrial cluster and regional sustainable development, this paper puts forward the essential element of a regional sustainable development which is a dynamic economic operational model by means of constructing rejuvenating regional industrial networks. Then, its basic characteristics are also elaborated. And it is also analyzed through a case of the Taiwanese machinery industry developing process. In the end, the discussions, implications and conclusions are also put forward. ? 2012 WIT Press.
