摘要：高校创业孵化体系大学生创业孵化体系可为大学生提供科学全面的创业理论指导和创业相关软硬件的支持,同时有利于建立产学研一体化产业化链条,但目前高校创业孵化体系的质量和效果还没有科学系统的评价标准。文章从基础服务能力和政府政策等方面构建了高校创业孵化体系评价指标,以期对其进行客观公正评价。
Students＇ incubation system of university business incubator system for college students to provide comprehensive scientific venture theoretical guidance and entrepreneurship-related hardware and software support, help set up research and the integration of industrial chain, but the quality and effectiveness of university business incubator system has notscientific system of evaluation criteria. In terms of basic services and government policies to build the evaluation of university business incubator system, with a view to its objective and impartial evaluation.
