摘要：我国人多地少的国情决定了必须集约利用土地资源,结合重庆市丰都县新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的工作实际,提出城镇土地集约利用评价方法,确定集约利用指标,测算城镇土地集约利用潜力,提出集约用地的保障措施,为更好的进行土地管理、实现土地资源的合理利用提供基本依据。
The condition of a large number of people with little land decides that we have to use land intensively. Based on evaluation of the urban land use intensification, the paper have discussed the index of urban land Intensive use, evaluated potential and proposed some new contents in land administration that could be supported by the study and its results.
