摘要：社会主义市场经济发展的实践证明,经济软环境非常重要。经济软环境一旦恶化,必将付出巨大的个体代价和社会代价;当然,优化经济软环境同样需要成本,但所带来的区域性多重价值远远大于成本付出。所以,我们应加大经济软环境建设的力度。
The importance of economic soft environment has been testified by the practice of socialist market economy. Great social cost and personal cost may be produced if the soft environment become worse. It goes for sure that the optimization of such environment will be cost efficient and valuable, so we should try our best to do it.
