摘要：全球投资市场低迷、外部环境不确定性和国际政局动荡等因素致使企业进行创新决策活动呈现出同群效应特征。在企业活动中,同群效应对企业创新投资活动有着显著的促进作用;在同群效应现象的模仿路径上,小规模企业对大规模企业投资决策的借鉴程度更高,国有公司更易成为非国有公司的参考对象;非国有企业的同群效应比国有企业影响程度更深,高融资约束企业的同群效应比低融资约束企业影响程度更深。因此,我国应尽量适当保持政策的长期性与稳健性,采取合适的政策利用同群效应示范作用鼓励企业开展创新活动;企业也需加强自身决策管理能力,避免盲从。
The downturn in the global investment market,the uncertainty of the external environment and the turmoil of the international political situation have led to the characteristics of peer effect in the innovation decision-making activities of enterprises. The peer effect in corporate activities has a significant role in promoting corporate innovation and investment activities. On the imitation path of the peer effect phenomenon,small-scale enterprises have a higher degree of reference to the investment decisions of large-scale enterprises,and state-owned companies are more likely to become the reference object of non-state-owned companies. The peer effect of non-state-owned enterprises is deeper than that of state-owned enterprises,and the peer effect of enterprises with high financing constraints is deeper than that of financing enterprises. China should try to maintain the long-term and steadiness of the policies as much as possible,and adopt appropriate policies to encourage enterprises to carry out innovation activities by using the demonstration effect of the peer effect. The Enterprises also need to strengthen their own decision-making management capabilities and avoid blind obedience.
