摘要：新中国成立70年,我国科技创新与经济发展同轨并进,总体经历了被动起步、主动发展、优化完善、全面深入四个阶段。科技创新经过70年的发展已取得巨大成就,但在核心技术自主研发、科技资源均匀配置、科技体制机制创新、市场机制完善等方面依旧存在诸多挑战。未来中国科技创新要在提升自主研发能力的基础上,强化产学研深度合作,通过科技体制机制创新,加快建设创新型国家。
In the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China’s scientific and technological innovation and economic development have been on the same track. The overall experience has gone through four stages: passive start, active development, optimization and improvement, and comprehensive and in-depth. Technological innovation has made great achievements after 70 years of development, but there are still many challenges in the core technology independent research and development, the uniform allocation of scientific and technological resources, the innovation of science and technology system and the improvement of market mechanism. In the future, China’s scientific and technological innovation should strengthen the in-depth cooperation between industry, academia and research on the basis of upgrading its independent research and development capabilities, and accelerate the construction of an innovative country through innovation in science and technology systems.
