摘要：农业是国民经济的基础产业,农业经济发展与人力资本的投资密切相关。采用时间序列数据,以河南省为例,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数分析了人力资本水平对农业经济发展的影响。结果表明,人力资本投资中的教育投资对农业经济发展有着显著的推动作用。据此,提出了促进农村人力资本形成的几点建议。
Agriculture was the fundamental industry in national economy, which had a closed relationship with the human capital investment. This paper took the time-sequenced data of Henan Province as an example and analyzed the effects of the human capital on Agriculture Economic Development with Cobb-Douglas product function. The result showed that the education investment in human capital investment had a significant promotion effect on agriculture economic development. Accordingly, some suggestions regarding the increase human capital form in rural areas were put forward.
