摘要：如何增加农民收入,提高农民生活水平,历来是政府关注的重点。近年来,河南省农民人均纯收入逐年增加,从收入的四个构成部分来看,其绝对量和相对量呈现不同变动趋势。分析背后的原因,总与国家的宏观经济政策、河南农业生产的特点密切相关。河南作为农业大省,如何更好地提高农民收入显得更为重要,因此,根据统计年鉴提供的数据,对河南农民收入结构变动趋势及其影响因素进行分析,并提出相关的政策建议,以期对提高河南省农民收入有一定的指导意义。
The increase of farmers＇ income and the improvement of their living standards have always been the concerns of the government. The income of Chinese farmers has been greatly improved in recent years. From the four components, the absolute income and the relative income change differently, which is related to the overall macro-economic policies and the characteristics of agricultural production in Henan Province by analyzing the potential causes. As a major agricultural province, how to better improve the farmer＇s income is more important. So, according to the 2008 Year-book Henan Province, this paper analyzes the farmers＇ income structure change trend and its influence factors, and put forward some policy proposals expecting to have some guidance significance for improving farmers＇ income in Henan Province.
