摘要：图书馆在发挥社会教育功能方面具有重要的作用。从加强图书馆的自身建设、增加图书馆的开放程度和加大图书馆的投入3个方面讨论了如何更好地发挥图书馆的社会教育功能。
Library plays an important role in social education.This paper discusses how to give full play to the social education function of library from three aspects of enhancing the self construction of library,increasing the degree of its openness and increasing its fund investment.
