摘要：律师制度改革与司法体制改革相比,还没有完全进入深水区,在整体制度架构上亟待顶层设计。按照我国的立法惯例,一般是先政策——后实践——再立法,党的十八以来有关律师制度改革方面的文件密集出台,为接下来的深化改革确立了目标和方向。在这些改革措施逐步推进的过程中,需要将政策层面的制度设计提升到法律层面予以固定,律师法的修订应该提上日程。
Compared with the reform of the judicial system, the reform of the lawyer system has not yet tuuy entereu the deep water area, and the top design is needed in the overall system structure. In accordance with our country＇ s legislative practice, it is generally the policy first,then practice ,and finally, the legislation, since the 18th of the party on the reform of the lawyer system documents introduced for the next deepening reform established goals and direction. In the process of gradual reform of these reform measures, the need to raise the policy level of the system design to the legal level to be fixed, the lawyer law should be put on the agenda.
