摘要：传统文化能够影响创新思维、激发创新精神、有助于培养创新品格,是创新灵感的源泉。创新人才培养中传统文化价值的实现途径是:改变陈旧的教学观念和教学方法;重视理论与实践的有效融合;鼓励学生走进经典,感悟创新的魅力。
Traditional culture which can influence innovative thinking, stimulate innovative spirit and help to cultivate innovative character is the source of innovative inspiration. The ways to realize the traditional cultural value in the cultivation of innovative talents are to change the old teaching concepts and methods, pay attention to the effective integration of theory and practice, and encourage students to enter the classics to realize the charm of innovation.
