摘要：分析制造业价值链纵向组织模式的影响因素,促进我国价值链分工地位不断攀升是国内外学者关注的重要问题。文章利用Pol Antras的多阶段生产模型分析了制造业价值链分工的边界和内生决定问题,以及在契约不完全条件下,企业如何根据利润最大化原则确定价值链纵向一体化组织模式。在此基础上利用2000-2015年的制造业的面板数据,分析了企业规模、契约环境、技术水平和分工位置等因素对制造业价值链纵向一体化和逆一体化发展变化的影响,根据实证分析结果提出了沿着价值链研发环节与契约合作环节不断促进价值链升级的对策建议。
It is an important issue for domestic and foreign scholars to analyze the influencing factors of vertical integration of manufacturing industry value chain and how to promote the continuous climbing of division status of value chain in China. We use Pol Antras＇ s multi-stage production model （2013） to analyze the boundary of division of manufacturing value chain and endogenous decision problem. According to the profit maximization principle, we also analyze how companies to determine vertical integration organization value chain model under the condition of incomplete contract. Based on the use of 2000 -2015 panel data of manufacturing industry, we discuss how the enterprise scale, contract environment, technical level and division position affect vertical integration of manufacturing value chain and the reverse integration development. According to the results of the empirical analysis, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures that firms should along the value chain development link and contract cooperation link continuously promote the value chain upgrade.
