摘要:2016年"后真相"被牛津词典官方认定为年度词,用来解释这一年发生的诸如英国"脱欧"、美国大选等富于争议的事件。"后真相"意指情绪超过事实成为影响公共舆论乃至政治社会的因素,真相本身变得不再重要。在大众传媒时代,追求真相在新闻业不断发展过程中逐渐内化为职业理想——即使无法全面实现也要不断逼近真相。以互联网传播技术为基础的社交媒体时代,新闻业迎来了传播范式革命,这是社交媒体平台上"后真相"现象频频出现的根本原因。在后真相时代,政治权力和商业力量利用社交媒体制造真相并实现自身利益。
The word'Post-truth'was officially recognized as the annual word of 2016 by the Oxford Dictionary to explain controversial events such as Brexit and the 2016 US Elections.'Post-truth'means that emotions become more influential than facts on public opinion and even political and social factors,and the truth itself loses importance.In the era of mass media,the pursuit of the truth in the continuous development of journalism was gradually internalized asaprofessional ideal-and even if it was impossible to fully realize this ideal,journalism continued to strive towards the truth.In the age of social media,which is based on Internet communication technology,a paradigm evolution occurred in journalism,and that is why so many'Post-truth'events are arising on social media platforms.In the Post-truth era,political powers and commercial powers use social media to manufacture the truth and make a profit.
