摘要：本文利用调查数据和多项Logistic回归模型,对新生代农民工返乡做职业农民的意愿进行了考察,并对影响其意愿的个体特征和外出务工特征因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,28.6%的新生代农民工有返乡做职业农民的意愿;新生代农民工的个人特征对其职业农民意愿选择影响整体不明显,只有性别因素影响显著;从外出务工特征看,职业类别、收入、城市社会关系网、流动迁移模式均与新生代农民工返乡做职业农民意愿相关,具体而言,务工职业层次和职业声望低的新生代农民工选择返乡做职业农民的比例相对较高,务工收入水平越低者返乡做职业农民的意愿越强,在城市业缘关系和朋友关系广者倾向留城发展,举家外出务工者更倾向留城发展。
The new generation rural-migrant workers are important nurturing objects of professional farmers. Based on survey data and multinomial logistic regression,this paper analyzes new generation ruralmigrant workers' willingness to be professional farmers and the influencing factors. The results indicate that 28. 6 percent new generation rural-migrant workers want to be professional farmers. The effect of the Individual features except gender on the desire to be professional farmers is not significant. Occupation,income,urban social relations,migration patterns have significantly effect on the desire to be professional farmers. The new generation rural-migrant workers who engaged in low-level career and earn lowincome have stronger desire to be professional farmers. The new generation rural-migrant workers who develop wide relationship in cites and those who bring in family members to the place of destination want to stay in the city rather than return home to be professional farmers. These results provide certain foundation to develop professional farmers.
