摘要：城市和乡村作为区域经济系统的2个共生单元,既存在相互依赖与合作,又存在相互冲突与竞争。从共生理论的视角出发,选择城乡之间共生界面、共生关联度和共生协调作为城乡统筹的一级指标并细分为22个二级指标,对河南省18个地市城乡统筹情况进行了客观综合的评价,并对其统筹水平进行5个等级的划分,揭示了河南省城乡统筹空间分布上西北高东南低的态势。最后,从工业化水平、城镇化水平、区域基础设施、资源条件以及政策导向等方面探讨了河南省城乡统筹水平差异的原因,旨在为中原经济区建设和"三化"协调战略的制订提供依据。
Urban and rural areas as a symbiosis system, there is an interdependence and cooperation, conflict and competition. From the perspective of symbiosis theory, the thesis chooses the symbiotic interface, symbiotic interrelation, symbiotic coordination between urban and rural areas to be the first level indicator of overall planned urban-rural development and 22 indicators as the second level. It applies them to evaluate objectively the state of the overall planned urban-rural development of 18 cities in Henan Province. Finally, it discusses on the causes of difference in urban-rural development of Henan Province from the development level of industrialization, urbanization and regional infrastructure, resources, and policy-oriented. It will provide a basis for implementation of overall planned urban-rural development in Henan Province.
