摘要：共建“一带一路”为我国制造业加快国际产能合作,促进更高水平对外开放带来了重要契机。制造业在国内产能过剩和国际竞争加剧条件下,通过进行对外直接投资(OFDI)嵌入全球价值链实现中高端发展面临重大机遇。基于制造业OFDI的现实需求,在分析我国制造业沿“一带一路”对外直接投资的现状及趋势基础上,深入剖析制造企业海外投资所面临的复杂国际环境条件下的诸多实际困难与风险挑战。并基于上述各种风险来源,对制造业沿“一带一路”进行OFDI的战略举措提出了相应的防范建议,以期为促进制造业高质量发展提供决策参考。
The joint construction of"The Belt And Road"has brought important opportunities for China's manufacturing industry to accelerate international cooperation on production capacity and promote opening-up at a higher level.Under the conditions of domestic overcapacity and intensified international competition,the manufacturing industry faces significant opportunities to achieve mid-to-high-end development through outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)embedded in global value chains.Based on the actual demand and current situation and trend of OFDI of manufacturing industry along the Belt and Road,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties and challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises in"going global".Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the OFDI in the manufacturing industry.
