摘要：图书馆工作创新的动力系统是由内部主体动力和外部环境动力共同构成:内部主体动力主要是因图书馆无法充分、及时满足社会需求,而产生的自我变革的主体力量;外部环境动力主要是图书馆赖以生存的主要的外部社会环境的作用。外部社会环境因素的变化会影响并作用于内部主体力量的自我变革,进而推动图书馆工作创新。
The innovation dynamic system of library work is composed of the internal main power and external environment power together. The in-ternal main power is the main power of self changes because the library is unable to meet the needs of society;the external environment power is depen-ded on the effect of external social environment. The change of external social environment factors will work on the change of internal power,and pro-mote the work innovation of library.
