摘要：移动图书馆服务能力是一种综合能力,由基础资源能力、用户需求获取能力、外部支持获取能力、服务提供能力等共同构成,并受到多种因素的影响。因此,从信息资源建设状况、移动技术支持状况、服务人员状况、用户需求获取、服务过程等多个方面构建科学的移动图书馆服务能力评价指标体系,有助于明确服务能力建设的薄弱环节与改进方向,提高移动图书馆的总体服务水平。
Mobile library service capability is a sort of comprehensive ability, which is comprised of basic resources capabili- ty, acquisition capability of user needs, acquisition capability of external support and service providing capability. The mobile serv- ice capability is affected by many factors. Therefore, this paper constructs scientific evaluation index system of mobile library service capability from the aspects of information resources construction, supporting condition of mobile technology, service staff, acquisi- tion of user needs and service process, which can help claify the weakness and improvement orientation of service capability con- struction, thus to advance the overall service level of mobile library.
