摘要：知识经济时代的企业文化要满足不断变化的市场要求 ,要在传统企业文化的基础上不断更新 ,增加新的内容 ,并形成新的企业文化。
The enterprises' culture in knowledge economy era should meet the need of the constant changing market, be renovated with new contents on the basis of traditional enterprises' culture and be changed into a new one. This paper discusses a new enterprises' culture and its importance for the development of modern enterprises in knowledge economy era in four aspects.
