摘要：中国特色社会主义协商民主理论是中国共产党对中国协商民主实践经验的深刻总结和全面把握,与西方协商民主理论相比,具有鲜明特色。中国特色社会主义协商民主理论在内容上最突出的特点是其两个基本规定性,一是中国特色社会主义协商民主的领导力量和根本保障是中国共产党,二是中国特色社会主义协商民主的组织原则是民主集中制。此外,中国特色社会主义协商民主理论在理论预设,要解决的最核心问题,以及其对协商民主的地位与功能、协商民主的制度安排与实现形式、协商民主的实践性等方面的认识与西方协商民主理论相比也具有鲜明特色。
The theory of socialism deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics is Chinese Communist Party's profound summary and comprehensive understanding of practical experience on Chinese deliberative democracy,having distinct characteristics compared with the western deliberative democratic theory,the most outstanding characteristic of the contents of the theory of socialism deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics is its two basic stipulations.First,the leadership and fundamental guarantee of socialism deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics is Chinese Communist Party.Second,Chinese characteristics socialism deliberative democracy's organizational principle is democratic centralism.In addition,the theory of socialism deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics has distinct characteristics in theoretical presupposition,core problems to be solved,status and function,institutional arrangement,and practicality,compared with the western deliberative democracy theory.
