摘要：随着经济高速发展,资源紧张和环境恶化问题日益突现,建设节约型社会,成为摆在我们面前的一个重要任务。建设节约型社会,我们面临着很多的制约因素,针对这些制约因素,我们需要从转变经济增长方式、加快技术创新、加强法律法规建设、开展全民节约宣传教育等几个方面促进节约型社会的建设。
Along with the economical speedy development, short of resources supply and the environment pollution appears suddenly day by day ,constructing the economy society becomes a vital duty in front of us. we face with many restrictive factors, in view of these restrictive factors,in order to construct the economy society,we must realize the transformation of economy growth way, speed up the technical innovation, strengthen the legal laws and regulations construction, sponsor all the people saving the propaganda education and so on.
