摘要：公共信息公平是基本公共服务均等化的重要内容。文章在揭示和论述了公共信息公平的基本内涵和主要外延及其物理空间表现形式后,强调公共服务型政府应把下列三个方面作为促进公共信息公平的工作重点和主攻方向:强化和完善信息资源公益性开发利用工作;积极推进社会信息扶贫和信息援助活动;努力改进公共财政制度和财政转移支付制度,加大公共财政对公共信息领域建设的资金支持和宏观调控力度。
The public information equality is the important contents of basic public service equality.This article describes the basic connotation and main extension of public information equality and physical space manifestation.Particular emphasis is placed on that public service government should focus on three aspects for public information equality： improving and strengthening public welfare development and utilization of information resource;promoting aiding poor of social information and supporting information normally;propelling social security system and construction of public information;improving public fiscal system and finance transfer payment system,enhancing public finance support and macro-control in the field of public information.
