摘要：近年来,物流领域的“降本增效”问题以及物流活动引发的诸多环境和交通问题成为阻碍物流发展的瓶颈。在这样的背景下,20世纪60年代日本出现的物流共同化模式不失为一种可以参考和借鉴的有效方法和途径。参与物流共同化的企业通过物流领域的合作,构建企业间共同物流系统,既能很好地提高物流运营效率,降低物流成本,又能有效应对物流活动引发的交通堵塞、尾气排放、噪音污染等社会和环境问题。基于既有理论研究,分析物流共同化的内涵、主导主体、发展模式以及推动和阻碍因素发现,实现物流共同化最重要的问题在于各参与企业之间关系的管理和维护,即如何促进各参与企业之间的信任与合作关系,这是物流共同化能否成功的关键因素。日本物流共同化应用的现状表明,由多个货主企业主导的物流共同化具有更强的生命力。案例研究结果表明,多个同行业企业间的物流共同化,能够通过设定明确的组织理念、选择对组织理念高度认同的企业、建立公平的运营管理制度以及有效的合作与沟通机制,增强各参与企业之间的信任关系,推动物流共同化发展并取得成功。而物流共同化未来的发展方向是通过构建企业之间的物流同盟关系,推动同行业水平型物流共同化的发展,这是应对经济和社会环境问题的有效途径。
In recent years,there are so many environment and traffic problems aroused by the problem of“reducing cost and increasing effectiveness”and logistic activities;and these problems have become the bottleneck that hindering the development of logistics.Under this background,in 1960s,the joint logistics existing in Japan has become a kind of effective method and way for us to learn.Enterprises taking part in joint logistics build the joint logistic system through cooperation in the field of logistics,which can not only improve the operational efficiency of logistics and reduce logistic cost,but also can effectively cope with some social and environment problems,such as traffic jam,exhaust gas emission,and noise pollution.Based on the existing theoretical research,the author analyzes the connotation,leading main players,development pattern,and driving and hindering factors;it is found that:the key to realize joint logistics is the management and maintenance of relation among related enterprises.The application of joint logistics in Japan shows that joint logistics led by multi-cargo-owner-enterprises has stronger vitality.Case study shows that:joint logistics among enterprises in different industries can enhance the trust relation among related enterprises,and promote the development of joint logistics.The future development of joint logistics is to promote the development of horizontal joint logistics in the same industry,which is the effective way for us to cope with economic and social problem.
