摘要："公司+农户"模式作为农业产业组织的创新有效解决了"小农户大市场"的难题。通过回顾"公司+农户"模式的产生背景和理论基础,分析该模式的实践探索历程,并从理论和实践两个维度分析了其发展前景,得出结论:该模式在我国经历了孵化、成型和演变三个阶段,是符合我国国情并能长期存在的过渡性质的次优制度安排;在现阶段商品契约优于要素契约;在中介组织尚未充分发育之前,纵向一体化并非最优选择,但该模式的最终方向仍是形成纵向的一体化治理结构;该模式的完善需要以尊重农民主体地位为前提,同时政府应该创造良好的制度环境。
The model of ＂enterprise and peasants＂— the innovation of organization of agricultural industrialization — solves the problems between the small peasants and big market.Based on the reviewing the background of emergence and the relevant theories,this article forecasts the prospect by two dimensionality — theory and practice,gets conclusions： the model of ＂enterprise and peasants＂ — a sub-prime institution arrangement — experiences three steps in our country — stage of incubation,formative and evolvement,it adapts the situation in China and can exist a very long period;in current generation,element contract is better than good contract;before the sufficiency development of intermediary organization,vertical integration is not good choice,but that is the final target;respecting the peasants＇ principal status is the premise of perfecting the model of ＂enterprise and peasants＂,at the same time,the government should create a good environment of institution.
